I have been a litigation attorney in El Paso for over 25 years.  I have practiced in both State and Federal Courts and have argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  I have handled trials from Murder to misdemeanor possession cases and know what is needed in all types of criminal cases.  I have ALWAYS been a criminal defense attorney and I have never worked for the District Attorneys' office.  I have been self-employed in the area of criminal defense for my entire career.
